Analisis Pegaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Hidup dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap (Studi Kasus Rumah Panti Wilasa

Abstract

The development and the paradigm of an environment of hospital have been changed rapidly. The chalenge to the development is how hoospital leader’s must be decided to hold the change. This research took Panti Wilasa “Citarum” as object. Population of the research is patients of Panti Wilasa “Citarum” hospital, with 100 samples. The data’s gathering by questionaire and using 10 point likert’s scala. The research result shows that customers satisfaction is influenced by 3 variables in dependen; satisfaction of life, servise quality and location
